Problem:
When installing the Coby Media Manager program from the MP822, the following message appears.
Solution:
Download and install the Coby Media Manager fix.:

- Right-click the link above and select "Save Target As..." to download the program to your computer. Double-click the saved file to start the program.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation of the Coby Media Manager program.
For Macintosh OS X 10.4 or later
Problem:
When installing the Coby Media Manager program from the MP822, the following message appears.
Solution:
Download and install the Coby Media Manager fix.:

- Click the link above to download the program to your computer.
- When the program download is complete, a user license agreement will appear.
- After you have agreed to the user license, the Coby Media Manager Installer will mount.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation of the Coby Media Manager program.
