COBY Product Warranty Policy
All Coby products come with a warranty. Please refer to the warranty card enclosed with your product.
Coby warranties generally provide the following durations: All headphones/earphones, cellular accessories, microphones, cables, tablets and TVs with a 40" or larger screen have a one-year labor and parts warranty.
All other Coby products have a 90 day labor and 1 year parts warranty.**
To obtain Warranty service, Customer must call COBY Technical Support prior to making a Product Return. For US residents, please call 877-302-2629. Canadian residents may call 855-542-8917. Customer must include with Product Return the following items: (i) a dated sales receipt that indicates the place of purchase, model number of Product, and amount paid; (ii) a detailed description of Customer's problem with Product; (iii) Customer's full name, phone number, and return address, and; (iv) a money order for the applicable dollar amount shown for the Product in the table below made out to Coby Electronics Corporation to cover return shipping charges to US destinations* only. COBY will not make return shipments to a P.O. Box. For shipping to international addresses, actual freight will be charged to Customer. Failure to enclose any of these items may delay the processing of your Warranty claim.

If you have problems with the replacement, please contact us immediately!
Our warranty does not cover any product that has been subject to neglect, unreasonable use, accident, violation of the operating instructions, or any product that has been modified by you or an unauthorized service agent.
Products out of warranty requiring service will be reviewed individually, but all will require the shipping and handling fee.
